According to the guidance provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC), until a list of certified alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies has been established for the relevant sector, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC) acts as the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body.
In the event of a dispute, consumers should submit their complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
